| I thought it was clear. Because of the issues lately with the pipes (see Seb's post about yet another customer with no communication/product from Ash), that resets the clock for me. The issues that have always been there continue to be there. As a consumer who was looking to get my car tuned by him, I'd be worried that: 1) He may be difficult to track down for the appointment 2) He may be difficult to speak to about my exact wishes for the tune 3) He might not even show up (it has happened) 4) If there are problems/questions/re-chip/re-tunes necessary in the future that he might not be easy to reach or available at all. Aren't these fair risks to worry about given just the last two months of communication problems with Ash? If you dodge everything I say at least answer that. Are they fair concerns?
